ICON, a leading creative agency in UAE and MENA region, was approached by TireEx, a company in the KSA market, to help increase their return on investment by increasing customer purchases. TireEx's main objectives were to reach key performance indicators (KPIs) by increasing monthly tire purchases, reaching a certain monthly conversion rate, decreasing the cost per conversion/purchase, and boosting social media engagement and reach to build a sustainable and solid online community.

Objective:

The objective of the campaign was to position TireEx as a leader in the KSA market and increase customer purchases through digital advertising.

Strategy:

To achieve this goal, ICON's digital team developed a full-fledged digital marketing strategy, including clear KPIs. The team created highly engaging advertising banners and units, and planned monthly social media content calendars with content diversification, not focusing only on the brand and product. The team also built a strong relationship with the target audience by sharing educational and informational content to maintain the user.

Execution:

The team activated social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach the target audience. They also ran conversion campaigns using search marketing and Google display to increase conversions and website traffic. They created appealing advertising banners, creating scarcity and a feeling of urgency to motivate the users to click on the ad and purchase, followed by retargeting and remarketing campaigns to reach again users that already engaged without ad units but didn’t accomplish the purchase.

Results:

ICON's digital team succeeded in reaching 95% of the KPIs. The conversion rate was increased by 0.70%, cost per purchase was decreased by 3 points, and social media accounts reach exceeded expectations. As for the purchase rate, the team was able to reach 81% of the KPI.

Conclusion:
