The Challenge: In May 2023, Extra Store approached our agency to create a digital campaign that would match the success of their previous mega sale campaign at Burj Khalifa in 2019. The primary challenge was to develop an impactful campaign within a limited budget while ensuring it captured the attention of the audience and surpassed previous achievements.

We decided to leverage VFX technology to create three compelling videos featuring a plane with a banner reading "EXTRA MEGA SALE COMING" soaring through the city of KSA. The use of VFX allowed us to achieve a realistic and visually stunning effect without the logistical constraints of using a real plane.

To add authenticity to the videos, we incorporated footage taken from a phone, creating the impression of a genuine eyewitness encounter. Additionally, we collaborated with a prominent Saudi influencer to generate a massive buzz and drive engagement on social media platforms.
