Advertising's Innovative Marketing Campaign
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MOFAIC) approached ICON Advertising as their agency of choice to develop and execute a creative and compelling social media campaign to increase awareness and understanding of the services they offer to UAE residents, locals, and even diplomats outside the country, as well as all other communities and nationalities.
Objective:
The primary objective of this campaign was to inform and engage the target audiences on MOFAIC's services and establish top-of-mind recall amongst consumers whenever the need arises for their services. Strategy: Our strategy for this campaign was to conduct a deep analysis of the MOFAIC brand and decide on the best way to use our creative marketing solutions to represent their services in a creative, simple, and easy-to-understand manner for all users.
Execution:
We executed this campaign by creating engaging and compelling social media content, including graphics, infographics, and videos that highlighted the different services offered by MOFAIC. We also employed the use of copywriting, digital and creative design, and video production to enhance the overall user experience and make the content more relatable and accessible. Results:
The campaign was highly successful and achieved all of the pre-planned objectives. MOFAIC's reach across their social media platforms was greatly increased, as well as their average engagement rate, both of which went far beyond industry averages. All content created for this campaign highlighted MOFAIC's services in an easy-to-understand and creative manner, helping to increase awareness and understanding amongst target audiences.
