Project Summary

A well-established financial services provider in Saudi Arabia, Tayseer needed to establish and streamline its presence in the digital landscape and develop a constant stream of inquiries and engagement with its varied customer base.

In this regard, we were approached as their Social Media marketing agency tasked with content ideation and preparation of their monthly content calendars.

Objectives

In order to make effective use of their presence on Social Media channels, Tayseer assigned us the task of planning and executing a digital marketing campaign for their personal loan offer. The channels were diverse such as TikTok, Snapchat, Amazon advertisements, GDN Network as well as Search Engine Marketing.

Our goal was to acquire a substantial number of qualified leads, which in turn will build a valuable database for Tayseer for current and future campaigns.

Idea

As there were a few competing offers for personal loans, we embarked on a creative and design-led campaign, aiming to impress audiences, inspiring curiosity and engagement, and creating an allure amongst audiences to associate themselves with the campaign and, as a result – Tayseer.

We executed this with 3D personalized characters for males and females, supported by catchy and appealing taglines that resonated well with Tayseer’s diverse customer base.

Impact

The campaign exceeded pre-planned KPIs and was received well by the audience. In total, we managed to achieve 21M impressions, with a total number of 332,455 clicks. On TikTok, our videos reached 3.1M relevant audiences and within just 35 days, we generated 7,000 qualified leads.

Our media plan was an overwhelming success, with an achievement rate of 130% compared to their previous achievement.
